Peter Pellegrini was born 6th of October 1975 in Banská Bystrica. He graduated from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica and Technical University in Košice. He was elected President of the Slovak Republic on 6th of April 2024 and assumed office on 15th of June 2024.
