The submission and handling of requests for information for the media and the public are governed by Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on free access to information and on amendment and supplementation of certain acts, as amended.
In connection with requests for access to information addressed to the President of the Slovak Republic pursuant to Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (Act on Freedom of Information), as amended, we would like to inform the applicants that the President of the Slovak Republic is not a person obliged to provide information pursuant to the aforementioned Act.
